Ritu is a coach, social entrepreneur, award-winning author, producer of critically acclaimed films, TEDx speaker, and founder of Art1st and Little Light. As the founder of Art1st, she has endeavored to transform the landscape of art education in schools, through developing a visual arts curriculum, systemizing art education, enhancing the capacity of teachers, and creating new art standards. More recently, Ritu founded Little Light, an organization inspired by her personal spiritual practice and compassion toward children.
