Thank you for using the “Little Light” or “My Little Light” children’s app (“App”) developed by Little Light Pedagogy Private Limited. We aim to provide a delightful and safe experience for our young users. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions of canceling subscriptions or services within the App.
- Users who have subscribed to premium features or services within the App may cancel their subscription at any time.
- To cancel a subscription, please follow these steps: Go to the App’s settings or account page.
- Find the subscription section and select “Cancel Subscription.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
Refunds for Canceled Subscriptions
- If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features or services until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription term.
Applicability of Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made by the account holder or the parent/legal guardian if the user is a child under the age of 13.
